Ironwood library reopening Wednesday

Richmond Public Library has some good news to
share: the Ironwood branch is set to reopen.
“Most of the restoration work (following a
small fire in a supply closet in late July) is now complete and we’re pleased
to tell you that the Ironwood branch will reopen on Wednesday (Aug. 15) at 9
a.m.,” says the library’s public relations co-ordinator Stephanie Vokey.
The library apologizes for the inconvenience,
and sincerely thanks the community for its patience while checking in items and
processing holds. This will take a little longer than normal while staff works
to clear the backlog of materials.
